Returns and Exchanges

 

Jaye manufactures all clothing in the UK, with most being made to order by our experienced seamstresses.

Please note: Made to order items are not available for return or exchange (“made to order” will be in the description of these items with a production time)

Please be aware that there may be a wait before your order is shipped, due to the nature of our manufacturing. Please check each item for wait times, as they may differ. Cancellations of orders must be made within one hour of purchase. Any orders that are made to order are non-refundable or available for exchange, only alteration. Once you receive your order, there is a 14 day policy to return the order or exchange on items not made to order. If you want to return or exchange your order, please send an email to sales@bethanjayeroberts.com.

The customer is responsible for returns shipment fees and must ensure the parcel is tracked, providing our returns team with the tracking details via email once sent. The customer is also responsible for exchanged item shipping fees. All items must be returned in unworn, untarnished condition, with all original tags and packaging.
